The US #immigration system is broken. Employees are held hostage by employers as only they can sponsor H-1Bs and Green Cards. It is a disadvantage to Americans and highly skilled workers. Reform is needed.

There 12,000 new pharmacy graduates in America every single year. Why on earth would we need to import even 1 pharmacist from a foreign country? That’s America Last. We are America First.

The purpose for providing automatic extensions was to prevent work disruptions of H4 visa holders. Eliminating this will lead to H4 visa holders having to take unpaid leave if companies allow or lose their jobs. Which seems to be main purpose here. #H4EAD

After 8 years, Rubio's State Department has stopped publishing its monthly report (started by Trump 1.0) on the number of visa issuances each month by country and category. The first Trump admin was good on data transparency. This admin is the absolute worst!

Petitions submitted prior to September 21, 2025 are not affected.

Just for reference, the Dream Act was introduced in 2000. It has still not passed. US has the most outdated immigration system because Congress cannot do its job.
