So would you be comfortable enough to be stuck in a tunnel with no safety critical member of staff then on board if there was a major disruption causing you to possibly detrain onto the track? If a train you're on becomes faulty in between stations, who will detrain you and tell you it's safe to walk along the tracks?

We're investigating an issue with the emblem codes included in the Grimoire: Volume 7 book, which are redeeming an "Unknown" emblem, instead of the "Grimoire" emblem. A fix has been pushed live for those who haven't redeemed the code yet. We are in the process of fixing players who have already redeemed their code and are targeting end of week for the fix, if not sooner.

Iron Banner's Tribute mode was accidentally enabled along with the Control mode earlier today. We disabled Tribute just a moment ago, and the change will populate into the game shortly. Only Iron Banner's Control mode will appear for the remainder of the event.
