I just released nearly 2,000 pages of @HHSgov records showing the Biden administration’s failure to immediately warn the public about a serious safety concern linked to the Pfizer COVID-19 booster that they discovered as early as Nov. 2022. Below is a clip from a Jan. 2023 HHS “communications plan” with edits from Biden officials downplaying the significance of the ischemic stroke safety signal.

If you still believe that Trump had any kind of partnership with Putin, then you need to go back to “First Principles” and reconsider the hysterical reaction that media and politicos have had about Trump starting in 2016. If you think Trump has certain characteristics (eg, Dictator, Racist, or Rapist) and you cannot quickly name several examples backed by solid facts (evidence - not anonymous sources), then your opinion is not based on facts and evidence, and you should consider why you think that to begin with. Please don’t keep arguing about narratives that have been proven false. If you are stuck on the Russian agent thing, then you should rethink it - or just stick with the fake narrative, which many people prefer.

The subpoena released this morning by Chuck Grassley in connection with the fraudulent Arctic Frost investigation is absolutely staggering. It didn’t just ask for Kash Patel’s phone records, it asked for everything he did from 2020 to 2023. Just to name a few, they requested all usernames and screen names, every address and email, complete billing and payment details including credit card and bank account numbers, every device ID, and a full log of every call, text, and voicemail showing who was contacted, when, and for how long. They also obtained all internet session data, including the exact IP addresses. So this wasn’t just about who Kash called. It was basically a complete view of his entire life, mapping his daily routines, travel, relationships, finances, and even tracking the specific hardware he used. In short, they got a full digital shadow of his life. To have come through all of this without so much as a scratch tells you just how clean he is.

For shits and giggles, I decided to see just how hard it would be to replace my birth certificate, Social Security card, AND my marriage license, since Democrats think women are too stupid to figure it out. Here's how it went: 1. Birth certificate: Contacted the health department of the county where I was born. They OVERNIGHTED a certified copy to me the next day - total cost, $14. 2. SS Card: Contacted Social Security on their site. They asked if I was sure I needed the card, since I 'won't likely be asked for it.' I went ahead and got it - took five business days to arrive - total cost, $0. 3. Marriage License: Went to the 'vital docs' site of the county where we were hitched. Filled everything out online, arrived in three days - total cost, $5. It cost less than $20 to obtain all three certified/legal documents, and it took less than five business days to receive them. Note: if I had lived where I was born or married, it would have been a day. Tops. Anyone telling you this is too hard or unfair is lying and hiding the real reason they want to stop Voter ID. I know you guys knew that already... lol

A separate study from the same lab showed that red light exposure reduced post-meal blood glucose spikes by 27%. These aren't fringe blogs. This is University College London published in Nature's Scientific Reports. The mechanism Huberman describes checks out. Your mitochondria contain water that absorbs long-wavelength red and infrared light — the same reason reds disappear when you go underwater. That absorption drives better ATP production, the energy currency of your cells. The retina has more mitochondria per cell than almost any other tissue in the body, which is why vision improvements show up as such a clean measurable signal. 𝗡𝗼𝘄 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗰𝗲. The Biden administration's energy efficiency regulations effectively phased out most incandescent bulbs. The stated reason was energy savings. What was never part of the regulatory conversation — at all — was the growing scientific literature suggesting that the near-infrared wavelengths stripped out of LED lighting may have real biological consequences. Whether that was ignorance or indifference, the result is the same: Americans were nudged by government policy into lighting that the emerging science suggests is metabolically inferior. 𝗦𝗼 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗼 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝘁? Huberman himself is practical about this — he has LEDs at home and isn't panicking. Here's what the science actually points to: The primary solution is sunlight. Outdoors sunlight delivers near-infrared at levels no bulb can match. Even 15 minutes outside — clothed — appears sufficient to trigger measurable effects. If you work near a window, that helps too. For indoor lighting, not all LEDs are equal. Look for "full spectrum" or "broad spectrum" LED bulbs that include wavelengths in the 600–900 nm range. "Warm white" LEDs (2700–3000K color temperature) are closer to incandescent output and include more red-spectrum light than the cool blue-dominant bulbs. They're not a perfect substitute for sunlight, but they're meaningfully better than standard cool-white LEDs for this purpose. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱: get outside every day. Eat near a window. If you're replacing bulbs, choose warm-spectrum LEDs. And maybe ask why a government that claims to care about public health never thought to ask what stripping infrared out of every American home might do to the people living in them.

No. The electoral college was established in our Constitution, and our country is not a direct democracy - we are a democratic constitutional republic. A “democracy” is two wolves and a chicken voting on what’s for dinner. That’s why we have a Constitution to protect our individual rights from being crushed by the majority.

@hagar51545 @Kasparov63 I already commented on this issue, and absentee ballots - like those used by your father and Trump - are not the issue. The problem is in allowing voters to mail-in their ballots whether they have a reason or not.
