Which is a name sake online service which no one in @onlineBESCOM or @cesc_mysore seems to follow. Following up with @SakalaMission has also been unhelpful. Raised a Grievance at IPGRS portal also.

@SakalaMission I applied for name change for electricity connection with CESC Mysore tracked under Sakala. It has been a month, and the change request is not completed. CESC AEE and AO say online applications to do work for CESC. What now ?

When someone buys a property in Bengaluru paying a hefty fee, why doesn't the sub registrar office/builder-seller/BBMP-GBA make sure to provide all relevant documents at one go. 1. Sale regn deed 2. OC/plan approval/etc 3. Khatha 4. BESCOM bill transfer 5. Tax payment receipts till date 6. BWSSB details (Don't @ me saying you missed this document that document.. I mean all relevant papers) Why does one have to run around doing all these by themselves and bribing every tom dick and Harry along the way? In this age of Computerisation is it really that difficult? @GBAChiefComm
