Two young men were shot during a chaotic scene in downtown St. Paul near RiverCentre, Grand Casino Arena, and the Ordway. When gunfire erupts in crowded public spaces, public safety is not theoretical - it is immediate, dangerous, and necessary. State trooper and suspects injured in stolen vehicle T-bone crash Friday in Minneapolis A Minnesota State Trooper was seriously injured Friday after a stolen vehicle T-boned his squad at high speed and sent the squad slamming into a house in south Minneapolis. The trooper needed to be extricated from his vehicle after it became wedged under the porch of the house on the 4500 block of Aldrich Avenue South.
