The entire purpose of the second amendment is to build have a militia that can be equally equipped as the military to be able to combat the executive Branch if they become tyrannical and against the people and use the military against the people... The militia is for the people by the people and of the people and anyone who tries to tell you that the national guard is the militia they are a fool because the national guard has limitations on who can join... If this is the case then this is not a militia this is a military branch... Militia will accept all people no limitations. This type of system is based just like how some countries make people serve in the military except it's voluntary and accepts everyone willing to join its ranks! Therefore the second amendment also gives us rights to be able to operate military vehicles just as the military operates vehicles in foreign wars without people needing driver's licenses at all... If the military is using the equipment and driving vehicles then you have the right to be able to drive a vehicle and it shall not be infringed! It is your weapons system... It is a armament!
