@vanillaopinions Minneapolis - mostly reasonable weather - barely any serious traffic, even in rush hour - low rent, no HOA fee to rent an apartment - growing public transit - no single-family zoning - closer to the beach than PHX - natural scenery that humans are actually accustomed to living in

phoenix -warm -no traffic -close to la -tons of young people - vibrant natural scenery chicago -cold - boring city - shrinking seems pretty obvious which one is better

@UsesTransit I had a guy stand right next to my seat and light up some plastic smoking implement about a foot away from my face on the middle car once. He did it like one stop before my destination so I didn’t bother confronting him about it but that’s just one guy. I’m also just one guy.
