#Update The @USCG suspended its search Sunday for a missing male, pending new information. #USCG crews searched alongside @SCDNR, @ChasCoSheriff, @CharlestonPD, @Charleston_Fire, @NCPD, @STJFD, and the James Island Fire Department, covering more than 150 square miles.

Maybank Hwy is closed at Meeks Farm for a vehicle that hit a power pole. Estimated closure time is 3 hours.

Betsy Kerrison southbound is closed by Snoqualmie Place for a vehicle collision with serious injuries. Betsy Kerrison and River Road will be temporarily closed for helicopter landing.

STJFD and response partners are on scene of a structure fire in the 1200 block of Brownswood Road. The road is closed for firefighting operations. Seek alternate route.

Bohicket Road is now open.

A large tree has fallen across the road in the 3300 block of Bohicket Road. It is larger than Fire units can handle. SC DOT has been notified. Motorists: please use Edenvale Road and River Road.

Bohicket Road is closed at Cottage Plantation (near River Rd) due to a vehicle collision. Power pole and power lines are involved which will cause a significant delay for the road to open. Please seek alternate route.

Happening now: STJFD Firefighters make quick work of a structure fire off of Abbapoola Road.

Significant flooding occurring around our fire station on Seabrook Island. Remember: Stay home. Do not attempt to drive through flood water.
