Un-pause USCIS
@SaBahramix
Physician. Pahlavi Monarchist. Obsessed with culture, road trips, and great food. Harley-Davidsons, classic cars, and a good cowboy outfit are my weaknesses.

@SenJackyRosen you need to look into USCIS PM-602-0192 and PM-602-0194. USCIS in December announced a policy that paused all benifits for all benefits filled by million of law abiding legal immigrants in and their US citizen spouses who are INSIDE the US based solely on their country of origin. They did not only pause citizenship or green card adjudications based on a person’s nationality. They also paused nearly every legal avenue under the sun through which those affected could extend their temporary legal status or employment including work permits that people are normally eligible to under statutory law. So while this policy is in effect, legal immigrants who followed the law faithfully, by the book, for years are losing employment, careers, health insurance, driver’s licenses, and financial stability, and are being placed at risk of detention, all without breaking any law. Quite the opposite. So they did not only block the destination. They also blocked the vehicle that takes people there. Worse, it was applied without warning or public announcement. They put in no mechanism to address reliance interests and applied it retroactively to applications filed years before the fact. Putting millions of those legal immigrants at risk of detention once their current legal status expire. Despite some filling a year before the fact. So the agency is cresting delay and then punishing people for delays of its own making. @SenJackyRosen you need to look into this too. This is not just unjust, it’s a profound moral failure.

🚨 FOR IMMEDIATE AWARENESS — BRING DR. BIBI AND MILENA HOME 🚨 Dr. Rubeliz “Bibi” Bolivar is not just a physician. She is a mother. She is a wife. She is an Emergency Medicine resident serving one of the most underserved communities in the United States. She is a public health advocate who has dedicated her life to caring for others. And today, she was detained — alongside her 5-year-old daughter, Milena. Dr. Bibi has followed the rules. She has legal authorization to work in the United States. She has committed herself to serving the Rio Grande Valley, where physicians are urgently needed. Milena is a child. She belongs at home with her mother — not in detention. This is not just about one doctor. This is about a physician who chose to serve where others will not. This is about a mother and her daughter being separated from safety and stability. This is about a community losing someone who shows up every day to care for others. At Project IMG, we have known Dr. Bibi for years. She has been a leader of PIMG Latino since 2022. We have worked with her closely. We have seen her compassion, her integrity, and her dedication firsthand. She is exactly the kind of physician our healthcare system depends on. We stand with Dr. Bibi. We stand with Milena. We stand with their family. 🛑 We demand: • Immediate release of Dr. Bibi and her daughter, Milena • Full transparency on the basis of their detention • Protection for immigrant physicians serving underserved communities South Texas needs her. Her patients need her. Milena needs her mother. Bring Dr. Bibi and Milena home. Both of them.

Six years ago, during @realDonaldTrump’s first term, a group of Iranian Americans sent a letter to then Attorney General William Barr asking him to conduct an investigation of @hmousavian, former Islamic Republic regime diplomat, for complicity in terrorism and crimes against humanity on behalf of the Islamic Republic regime in Iran. Last year, @Princeton finally dismissed him. It is now time for @ICEgov/@DHSgov to take him into custody and initiate deportation proceedings. The Iranian American community perceives Moussavian as a risk to US national security. @SecRubio @FBI @SecMullinDHS @DAGToddBlanche @RFJ_Persian @TheJusticeDept

Dear Mr. Congressman Pete Hegseth, The body of water you’re referring to is called the “Persian Gulf.” It has been known as the Persian Gulf throughout recorded history, and we are not in the business of rewriting history or geography. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Iranian diaspora played a big part in exposing Eissa Hashemi, Fatemeh Larijani, and plenty of other regime officials’ kids living it up in the US. And we are not stopping, because these people shouldn’t get to enjoy American freedom while their families have wrecked Iran. What if the Iranian diaspora made a deal with the administration? We help you track down and deport every regime affiliated Iranian in the United States, and in return, you lift the pause on processing cases for Iranian nationals, especially the highly skilled ones: doctors, PhDs, researchers, engineers, and other top talent. The current pauses are punishing ordinary Iranians because the regime-affiliates already have their green cards and citizenship. We help you with intel on the bad actors, you stop punishing the ones who actually want to contribute.

The Persian Gulf is not just a name but a historical reality. For thousands of years, Iranians, Arabs, and Westerners have referred to this body of water between Iran and the Arabian Peninsula by its true and only name: the Persian Gulf. The reported decision by President Trump to abrogate history, should it be true, is an affront to the people of Iran and our great civilization. But, once again, the true culprit of this shameful act is Ali Khamenei and his anti-Iranian regime who have so weakened our nation that foreign powers dare make such transgressions against Iran’s national identity and world history. The Islamic Republic has caused this national embarrassment so we will not rally around its usurping flag. Instead, let every Iranian of whatever stripe, strain, or ideology, unite once and for all to again raise our true Lion and Sun flag over Iran and the eternal Persian Gulf. The Persian Gulf is our national inheritance and the defense of its honor and its name is a national responsibility for each of us to bear in any way we can. Long Live Iran. Long Live the Persian Gulf.
