Shahzan, Leevan’s jail sentence is unconstitutional. The criminal court gag order behind their arrest has zero legal basis & blatantly restricts press freedom. It completely fails the constitutional test of legality, necessity & proportionality. We’re appealing to the High Court to annul this gag order. Whatever the outcome is, the debates in the courtroom would be interesting.
