If you feel stuck, try this: For the next 30 days, every single day, wake up at 5am and work out for at least 30 minutes.
It doesn’t matter what the workout looks like. Go to a gym, go outside for a run, do pushups and squats on your bedroom floor.
This isn’t about the workout. It’s about creating Proof of Agency.
By the end of 30 days, you’ll completely rewire your brain. Scientists call it neuroplasticity. Your brain physically changes in structure and function through action and experience.
The action of waking up early and working out every single day for a month will create evidence that you have the power to take an action and achieve a desired outcome. You’ll see yourself differently. You’ll reorganize your life around this new priority. You’ll eat healthier, go to sleep earlier, and narrow your focus. It creates Proof of Agency.
That has ripple effects into every area of life.

Nineteen seasons.
Nineteen summers.
Nineteen auctions.
Nineteen fresh squads.
Nineteen times people said, “maybe this year age catches up.”
Nineteen times bowlers made plans.
Nineteen times fans carried hope into another IPL.
And through all of it, one man remained.
Virat Kohli in red and gold.
We have seen entire IPL eras rise and disappear in front of our eyes. Legends changed teams. Captains changed cities. Generations changed. The league itself transformed from fearless cricket into data-driven cricket into power-hitting madness.
But one thing somehow stayed untouched.
A man walking out for RCB with impossible expectations on his shoulders.
And still delivering.
Not for 2 seasons.
Not for 5.
Not for a purple patch.
For nearly TWO DECADES.
People will talk about the numbers.
The thousands of runs.
The hundreds.
The chases.
The consistency.
The records.
And yes, they matter.
But statistics alone cannot explain what Virat Kohli has meant to this league.
Because numbers do not capture loyalty.
Numbers do not capture pressure.
Numbers do not capture what it means to carry the hopes of one franchise for 19 straight years in the loudest cricket tournament on earth.
Twelve different IPL seasons with 400+ runs.
Think about that for a second.
In a format designed for chaos…
in a league designed to expose weakness…
through injuries, form slumps, captaincy pressure, scrutiny, trolling, expectations and changing teammates…
he still found a way to show up.
Again.
And again.
And again.
Tonight was not just another innings.
It was another reminder.
That greatness is not only about peaks.
It is about returning.
Every single season.
Every single time people doubt.
Every single time the game evolves.
Every single time younger stars arrive.
And still being the standard.
There are players with bigger power.
Players with crazier strike rates.
Players with shorter bursts of brilliance.
But there has never been another Virat Kohli.
Because nobody has blended hunger, skill, fitness, passion, loyalty, pressure and longevity quite like this man.
For RCB fans, he is not just a player anymore.
He is memory.
He is childhood for one generation.
Adulthood for another.
And inspiration for the next.
Someday the IPL will continue without him.
RCB will continue without him.
New stars will come.
New heroes will rise.
But there will always be a silence when fans realize they once lived in an era where Virat Kohli opened the batting for RCB every summer.
And made it feel normal.
Love you @imVkohli to the moon and back.

The funniest part about the same old banter is that it keeps getting quieter every year. 🤫
See you next year, Knights. Hopefully with some new material from this decade. ♥️

There were around 68 test matches in Virat Kohli's test career, that had a batting average < 30. Majority due to the playing conditions, and a very few of them can be attributed to the opponent's batting. Now 68 of 123 tests, means almost 55 percent of tests being low scoring. Here are a few notable innings of Virat in these tests:
44 & 75 at the WACA, 2012, the match average was 23.36
149 & 51 at Birmingham, 2018, the match average was 22.57
46 & 58 at Southampton, 2018, the match average was 24.35
153 at Centurion, 2018, the match average was 26.27
54 & 41 at Johannesburg, 2018, the match average was 20.12
38 & 76 at Centurion, 2023, the match average was 27.03
123 at Perth, 2018, the match average was 24.8
79 at Cape Town, 2022, the match average was 25.54
167 & 81 at Vizag, 2016, the match average was 26.8
104 at Eden Gardens, 2017, the match average was 25.51
74 at Adelaide, 2020, the match average was 18.19
The last 5 years, for a batsman of his calibre were underwhelming, but surely he has enough highs in red ball cricket to celebrate.
You can share this if you feel like, tried highlighting some of his best career knocks.

If @narendramodi is urging Indians to work from home to conserve fuel then his government should pass an order directing companies to allow work from home for a year. What does he mean by urging people to work from home? Does he think this decision is at the people’s discretion?

I have a small request to all the Virat Kohli and RCB fans who are going to attend the RCB vs MI match and RCB vs KKR match in Raipur.
It's going to be a year since virat kohli has retired from test cricket.
We don't have a match on 12 may we have one on 10 and another in 13.
Let's show him how much we love him and we miss him by wearing whites in Raipur.
So if you are a virat fan at least try to wear a white shirt or jersey for our legend. Let's turn raipur white.
Let's do it guys.

And this is what makes Virat Kohli such a great.
Among all India Test batters with 3000+ runs, he has the highest Avg+ in Test cricket.
That means, measured against the top 6 average in the matches he played, Kohli rates about 5% better than Tendulkar.
A true legend who played with fire, determination, intensity, and an obsession with winning.

The pigeon is that type of bird; wherever it goes, it eliminates all other birds. It completely destroys the entire ecosystem.
The pigeon is the only bird that has adapted itself to urban life. Pigeons have stopped being afraid of humans. They lay eggs anywhere. Pigeons lay eggs in large numbers and gradually increase their population to such an extent that all other birds begin to disappear. Since the birds that prey on pigeons in the ecosystem, such as hawks and eagles, have become very few or almost non-existent, pigeons are multiplying rapidly.
While other birds are becoming extremely rare or even extinct due to the terror and menace of pigeons. Moreover, pigeons have spread several dangerous diseases to humans and animals. Recently, a person died in Surat and Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and when the investigation revealed that the death was caused by a pigeon, everyone was shocked.
Several diseases can be spread by pigeons, including histoplasmosis, cryptococcosis, psittacosis, and hypersensitivity pneumonitis.
Incidentally, the pigeon is not a native Indian bird; it came to India from Africa and has completely taken over, driving other birds to extinction.
The Jain community, which has been campaigning for years to feed pigeons in Mumbai, needs to understand that it is more important to save thousands of native Indian birds like cuckoos, sparrows, mynas, bulbuls, parrots, kingfishers, and lapwings, which are disappearing from cities and towns.

Novak Djokovic says he is not chasing Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz, he is creating his own history
“In the early part of your career when you were chasing Roger & Rafa for titles… and now at the back of your career, you’re chasing Jannik & Carlos…”
Novak: “I’m chasing Jannik and Carlos? In which sense?”
“In terms of winning Grand Slam titles just right now…”
Novak: “So I’m always the chaser and never been chased?”
“No in the meantime you’ve won 24 Grand Slams.”
Novak: “Thanks, it’s worth saying that sometimes right?”
Novak: “I find if a little bit disrespectful that you kind of miss out on what happened in between where the times when I started ‘chasing’ as you say Rafa and Roger… and now that I’m chasing Carlos and Jannik. There’s probably about a 15 year period in between where I was dominating the Grand Slams. I think it’s important to put that in perspective. I dont feel like I’m chasing to be honest. Roger and Rafa will always be my greatest rivals. I have tremendous respect for what Jannik and Carlos are doing and they will continue to do for the next 10, 15, 20 years. This is a kind of natural cycle in sports. You’re going to have another 2 superstars that are going to maybe have a 3rd guy that I’m going to cheer for, because I’ve always been the 3rd guy at the beginning. It’s good for our sport. I think these kind of rivalries and the contrast of personalities and the styles of play are very good for tennis. And how is that effecting me? I don’t feel like I’m chasing. I’m creating my own history.”
