@UberEats how do I get my money back when a driver dumps my food on the doorstep without knocking and it gets stolen? Your customer service guy groaned at me and said he wqsntt going to do anything
@UberEats has the WORST customer service. I waited an hour for my food and then they cancelled my order after the driver was very close to me! And their answer: order again and wait another hour! We can do nothing and no compensation! They need to take CS lessons from @DoorDash
