Just so we are all on the same page... There was never a housing problem. There was an illegal immigration problem. There was never a debt problem. There was a fraud problem. If I were the devil, I’d subvert the trusted voices on social media first... the ones with the biggest platforms and the most faithful followers. I’d begin with a campaign of whispers in the podcasts. I’d whisper to Tucker Carlson: “Question Israel and anyone who supports that country until “America First” becomes “Israel’s burden." To Candace Owens, I’d whisper that grief is fair game. I’d feed her the fake clips, theories, shadows around Erika Kirk, the widow who 'laughed too soon', the finances that 'didn’t add up', the conspiracies surrounding the assassination. I’d turn Charlie Kirk’s amazing legacy - his campus crusades, his call to young conservatives, his stand for truth, into a footnote buried under a series called “Bride of Charlie,” so the mourning became mudslinging and Charlie's mission dissolved into gossip. And then I’d create algorithms to make half-truths irresistible, make Bible Scripture seemed dull. I’d reward the weak-minded with viral posts and threaten the Christians with silence. If I were the devil, I’d have families at each other's throats over foreign policy and faith. And with promises of higher engagement. I’d have the influencers of social media fanning the flames of hatred against the righteous. If I were the devil, to the young, I would whisper that the Bible’s promises about Israel are myths from another time, that patriotism to America is ridiculous and outdated. I’d convince them that their parents’ Christian values - honoring God, honoring country, honoring the old ways are oppressive chains to be broken. I’d teach them to cut their parents off completely and go “no contact” because liberals demand it, because mental health requires severing ties with anyone who still prays for Israel or waves the American flag. I’d make estrangement the new enlightenment, so sons and daughters walk away from parents who raised them on the Bible and Christian values, leaving homes divided and hearts shattered. Within a few years, I’d have MAGA overflowing with infighting. I’d lure broadcasters into feuds over widows and martyrs, turning grief into gossip and unity into estrangement. If I were the devil, I’d make the symbol of Charlie Kirk's memory a scandal, and the symbol of his mission a conspiracy thread. I’d take from those who once stood firm in their beliefs and give to those who chase shadows until I had killed the will of the faithful. I would convince young folks that parents with Christian values are 'toxic", that cutting them off is necessary, that what you see in the liberal feed is the way to be.
