Ordered @PapaJohns for carryout via their app and was asked for a tip. Who would I be tipping? For what? For serving me this pizza, which is 50% crust with a little actual pizza in the middle? Better ingredients? Better pizza? Worse everything… including quality and value

@SixtUSA I have a reservation for a car at #Nashville for 1 PM today. I have paid. @SixtUSA only has cars available in a higher class and refuses to rent me that car at the price I have paid even though it is 240 PM. They have no cars available in the class I paid.

Hey @SUBWAY what is the protocol when one places a pick-up order via the @SUBWAY app, picks it up, gets to their destination and the order is wrong? Seems to happen a lot. Should a customer do a food audit and open the sandwiches in store and hold up the line?

Absolutely uncanny how @united in-flight WiFi always works like lightning while processing your credit card then fails repeatedly during the flight. If you are going to charge me for WiFi, make it work consistently. If it isn’t going to work consistently, then make it free.

@MyKingSoopers Referred to call the store. All five calls immediately disconnected. I know store manager Paul is totally useless. I go BACK to the store. Problem solved by the legwork of 19 yo “manager” Corbin, who is helpful and cheerful. He should get Paul’s salary (2/2)

Hey @SUBWAY! Just saw a promo on @instagram that said “buy any footlong sandwich and get a 6-inch Series sandwich for free!” Went to my local @SUBWAY and was rudely informed they would not honor that promotion. So you spent money on a new menu and a promo that turned me off.

Unmasked @Uber driver tells me he “laugh(s) at other @Uber drivers who wear masks”, then tells me he is unvaccinated and he doesn’t like that his wife was forced to get the vaccine to keep her job, then tells me he has just traveled overseas. Honestly… pretty uncomfortable.
