@krivaten @hubermanlab @tferriss @PeterAttiaMD @foundmyfitness @bertkreischer I think that's what @dexa_ai is doing. Look at the bottom of their homepage: dexa.ai

@hubermanlab This is great, and I think is going to be a huge tool for podcasting in genera. It would be great if I could combine feeds (e.g., yours, @tferriss, @PeterAttiaMD, @foundmyfitness, and @bertkreischer 😈) to get your combined content in one search.

Dr. Andrew Huberman shares insights on how to beat seasonal depression.
To combat seasonal depression, you can manipulate your exposure to light, particularly in the morning.
Here's how:
1. Extend the amount of bright light you're getting in the morning as days get shorter. This can be done by finding an artificial light source to look at in the morning before you leave your home. Aim for about 2-3 minutes of bright light exposure as you transition into winter.
2. You don't need a specialized seasonal depression lamp. An affordable alternative is a 900 lux drawing tablet. Place it on your desk or wherever you make your coffee in the morning, about 90 minutes after you wake up. Spend about 5 minutes in its light before you leave the house.
3. As winter progresses, you don't need to increase the duration of exposure every day. Instead, you can hold the light source a little bit closer each day. This tricks your melatonin system into thinking that the days are getting longer instead of shorter.
Remember, don't put the light source directly against your eyeball. If you can't get a 900 lux tablet, any bright incandescent bulb should work.

@SamRCharles @vercel Most setups are already effectively this, since the default is to detect package.json and run the `build` script.
That said, I’ve heard some ideas around adding settings to `vercel.json`
Can you tell me more about your case? Thanks!

This is similar to people feeling good about turning off their LED lights before driving their car 45 minutes when they could have taken a train.

Banning plastic straws achieves nothing. Or at least, nothing good. It does achieve a couple bad things though: it gives people a false sense that something is being done to address ocean plastics, and misleads people about the true sources of them.

@MightyApp is like sshing into a superpowered browser. It's similar to Dropbox being a superpowered rsync.
English

I'm excited to try @MightyApp — congrats on the launch @Suhail.
A faster browser that's less demanding on my laptop sounds excellent.
So much of the negativity sounds similar to the old "I don't need Dropbox; I have a thumb drive" argument.

@Jason You should set a reminder to follow up on this tweet in a couple of years.
You're almost definitely right, but hopefully the woke mob will be gone by then.

🤔@jasonfried & @dhh are following @brian_armstrong’s “leave you politics at home” movement
If you disagree, start a competitor to @coinbase & @basecamp, & show the world that “politics at work!” is the better model
[ Spoiler alert: it’s probably not ]

Well done @jasonfried and @dhh.
It's wild that working at work and discussing politics personally could be so controversial.
