My weakness “360 assessments” and “annual self-performance review” and similar. Pure cattle work. I can’t handle it - am mentally and spiritually crushed by it.
One firm made me re-do my annual self-review 3 times as multiple partners reviewed and commented on it. How do people have time and mindset for this.

On page twenty-six of “The Billionaire Tax” proposal in California, it explains how the state legislature can convert from a Billionaire Tax to an Everyone Tax without voter approval. They can also adjust the tax to be a yearly tax, not just one time…again, without your approval. Intelligence test for you: if this was meant to just target Billionaires, why did they write this in?

California has this program that basically amounts to giving homeless people free e-bikes and it’s like great that’s just what we need, a 200 lb alcoholic man on a 200lb bike doing 35 down the sidewalk where my kids are supposed to be safe. I love it.
