Voting for @WilliamsRuto is voting for the government, power, and the status quo. Voting for @dkmaraga is voting for the state; for Kenya beyond individuals and political interests. This time, let us stay guided by the future we want, not the power we fear.

Sometimes I find myself questioning our politics. Leaders constantly talk about building markets, schools, airports, roads, and expanding electricity year after year, with billions allocated yet many citizens don’t feel the impact of these promises in their daily lives.
We see projects launched with excitement, but many stall halfway or never reach completion, while the cost of living continues to rise. It makes me wonder:
Do people truly feel these developments, or are they simply focused on putting food on the table at the end of each day?
For most citizens, the priority is simple affordable food, stable income, and a dignified livelihood. There seems to be a growing disconnect between what is promised and what is actually experienced on the ground.
This concern is real, especially for many young people who are increasingly calling for change. Has development missed the mark? Is the core issue accountability, or are we failing to address deeper, more urgent economic challenges?
With rising fuel prices putting more pressure on already struggling households, the risk of deeper economic hardship is clear.
It raises difficult but necessary questions about priorities and whether leadership is fully aligned with the realities facing ordinary citizens.
Perhaps it’s time to shift focus toward accountability, job creation, and ensuring that public resources directly improve people’s daily lives. This is not just about leadership, but about all of us demanding better and holding systems accountable.
It’s time for a shift from promises to results, from announcements to accountability, and from projects on paper to real impact in people’s lives.

It’s not good to keep quiet when the road to Singapore (Kenya) is full of potholes… I’m seeing lots of unnecessary spending outside the budget abusing Article 223, posing serious fiscal risks. Parliament must amend Article 223 for Bicameral Approval UPFRONT, not post-ratification! You can’t tell me AFCON hosting fees (KSh 3.9B) were never planned known commitment, yet rushed via 223?

@Malcolm_Pal9 @tonichan157 The US/Israel vs Iran war, in fact it is no longer country vs country but country leaders vs country leaders, the people don't necessarily want to fight.
