Blackheath Halls Community Opera continues to be one of the great miracles. 19 years since we started, Iphigenie en Tauride masterfully and lovingly done, a wonderful supportive audience and just the best thing for music and these people..wow.

@TomElwin Yes, it is extraordinary! My friend Aidan Lang was directing the Ring Cycle in the beautiful Teatro Amazonas there, so I went for that and went out and about in the days in between the shows, into the rainforest, up and down the Amazon and tributaries. A fantastic experience!

@chilternrailway Such a waste of time having to collect each set of tickets separately. The point of buying tickets for six return journeys at once was to avoid this! If people don’t want to collect them at the same time then they should book them separately. Perhaps you could offer the choice?

@SarahPlayfair Hi, I'm sorry you're not happy with being issued a collection code for each journey, some customers do not wish to collect all their tickets at the same time, there have been occasions where collected tickets are left at home as such separate collection references are issued ^CN

@chilternrailway I have just booked six return journeys in one transaction on your website and paid for them all at once. Why do I then have a separate collection code for each journey rather than all six being on the same code? Maddening and such a waste of time!

@SouthernRailUK Is there a problem with your website? I have tried three times to pay for a ticket - it goes for approval to my credit card provider, but when approved nothing happens - no confirmation (and no £ taken).

@hugh_canning @RuthElleson @nfmusic @philharmonia It was indeed very last minute and there was an A4 slip in my programme, indicating a rush print job in someone’s office rather than a professionally printed slip. But there were clearly not enough to slip every programme.
