@British_Airways The delayed baggage portal only says "Searching for your baggage". There are only 2 places it should be right now: LHR or DFW. This really should not be hard to update! So regretting not having airtags and irritated at the clear incompetence of DFW ground crew.

@British_Airways flew BA192 DFW-LHR departing 5 Jan. Delayed 2h to remove bags from passengers not on the flight, yet bags of actual passengers left behind, including 2 of mine. >24h later, no updates on the portal and no response to messages on X or FB, just bots. Please help!

Thank you @NatureRevCancer for publishing this obituary of Connie Eaves rdcu.be/dL3SU I had the opportunity to work with Connie on not one, but two, NRC articles on cancer stem cells in the span of a year, so I concur with the statement that she was a prolific writer!

@thriftycars seriously horrible lines in Houston @iah. Consistent line of about 40 people, each waiting for over an hour. Only 2-4 people working at any given time. Only consolation is that it seems to be far worse at most other US airports.

@EalingLibs Is your print book catalogue down? I'm trying to search through my account for print books on the shelves at my local library and all it can come up with for multiple authors/titles is e-books and audio books. It worked fine about 2 weeks ago.

.@Sarah_S_R made an important observation about the kids who've contracted #measles in Ohio. Many of them are too young to be fully vaccinated. The 1st shot of measles vax is given at 12-15 months, the 2nd at 4-6 yo. But 47 of them are old enough to have had 1 dose. Only 3 did.
