Modi got the top Norwegian award. What for? No one knows. It was likely asked for by the Indian embassy for demagoguery in India. And he does not have the intelligence to take questions.
Helle Lyng@HelleLyngSvends

Primeminister of India, Narendra Modi, would not take my question, I was not expecting him to. Norway has the number one spot on the World Press Freedom Index, India is at 157th, competing with Palestine, Emirates & Cuba. It is our job to question the powers we cooperate with.

@manoj_216 Adani would have learnt that thievery is not a crime in America. Getting caught is. & If you get caught in whatsoever crime in the USA, you gotta be able to plea bargain and/or buy your way out.

@DriveSmart_IN Bus driver had enough time to react and slow down. Must have been distracted on phone. The car did not suddenly come back. That was nice and slow for others to be aware.

I found out a shocking detail about RSS. They get a tax exemption from income tax department based on a certain letter written in 1978. But i can't find that letter anywhere in public domain. It's also mentioned in a case filed by Commissioner of Income Tax against RSS for tax recovery. They court said no you can't tax them because as per this letter the RSS members give Gurudakshina which is exempted from tax by this certain letter. No idea who wrote this letter and why? What is this mystery? Was there a compromised person in 1978 who wrote this letter? And how is RSS earning called "Gurudakshina" when they are not a religious body? Who even is the Guru? Some deep level corruption it seems.

Modi ji's 'masterstroke' of suspending Indus Water Treaty has backfired spectacularly. International Court of Arbitration just ruled against India, backing Pakistan's case on illegal suspension. Supplemental award issued in Pak's favour after hearings. Instead of strong diplomacy & isolating Pak, we have more isolation & legal defeats.

@sujitnair90 If what you say is true then why is it BJP's fault? If people were saying it without being reminded and it was part of their daily life and routine (like the other countries you mention) then this problem would have never come up.

When you hear “Jai Shri Ram”, what comes to your mind first? Ramayan… or BJP? Think about it carefully. If you ask a Hindu in Indonesia, Nepal, Thailand or elsewhere in the world, chances are they would immediately connect it to Lord Ram, the Ramayan, values, devotion and civilisation. But in India today, will every Hindu answer the same way? Or has a sacred civilisational chant slowly become identified with one political party? In marketing communication, this is commonly referred to as “brand synonymity” where over a period of time, one identity becomes psychologically inseparable from another in public consciousness. This is not a question about supporting or opposing BJP. Political parties will rise, change, split, evolve and one day even disappear. That is the nature of politics. But Hinduism is thousands of years old. It is much larger than elections, slogans, campaigns and political victories. So when a religious identity and a political identity begin merging in public consciousness, should Hindus reflect on it? Is it healthy for a civilisation when faith becomes inseparable from party affiliation? Can someone deeply love Ram and still not support BJP? And in today’s atmosphere, does society comfortably allow that distinction anymore? Do not ask me to compare this with other religions. I do not know enough about them. I will speak about my religion. These questions may irritate some people. But they are questions worth asking. Before reacting emotionally, ask yourself honestly: Are we preserving Hinduism as ‘Sanatana Dharma’, a timeless spiritual and cultural identity? Or are we gradually reducing it into a political identity? And if future generations begin seeing Lord Ram first through politics instead of the Ramayan, will that strengthen Hinduism… or weaken it?

Russia is willing to provide us fuel and gas. Iran too. We were temporarily allowed by US to import oil from Russia. That deadline expired last night. US has not renewed the permission so far. Trump went all the way to China and said he has no problem in China importing oil from Iran. China has not been waiting for his permission and is already doing it. Not only that China is actively helping Iran in it's war against America. Why America should decide who we should buy energy from and by how much? Why India's energy security need to be dictated by America? Now America, Israel and UAE are functioning like a block. Why we should limit our oil dealings only with this block? Be it Russia, Iran or Venezuela- who we buy oil from is based on our requirement. Who is America to decide that?

Today, I gave a lift to a neighbour and dropped her at the restaurant where she works as a cashier. When I asked why she was walking in such extreme heat, she told me she could not afford to spend Rs 50 on auto fare every day. She takes auto only during emergencies. This is the reality of middle class today. We really don’t need lectures on saving money - we are already struggling to save as much as possible. What we really need is a serious plan to increase manufacturing jobs and build skill centres. Now, where is that plan?

It has enabled seamless connectivity between South Mumbai and Navi Mumbai on the mainland. Juxtaposed against striking skyline of Mumbai, it is a remarkable symbol of 🇮🇳’s infrastructure transformation, reflecting a nation investing in speed, mobility and future-ready urban growth. @PMOIndia @MEAIndia @CMOMaharashtra @IndianDiplomacy @msrtcofficial @mybmc @MMRDAOfficial #Mumbai #AtalSetu #Infrastructure #ModernIndia #Maharashtra #UrbanConnectivity

Brahmins are a curse on Hinduism. All these chootiyapanti had been taught by Brahmins. All stupid stories and these rituals. May Bhagwan Vishnu take care of our religion from these Bakchod Brahmans. @aarbaid @SalmanSoz What do you think did the govt do with the "windfall gains"? Was that money misused or well used for the country. Please paid the same price as they were used to. Did it pinch the people? 20% sugarcane juice does not come free. It only saves us USD.

₹90 lakh+ per capita income in the US and petrol at ~₹115/litre. Maharashtra: ~₹3.5 lakh income and petrol at ~₹106/litre. Same fuel price, massively different earning power, and we’re still told Indians should just accept it. High taxes, weak purchasing power, expensive fuel. The middle class keeps getting squeezed while governments keep celebrating tax collections.
