Shame on @MahaPolice ! “Even if we have all the vehicle documents, these people still want ₹500. Just because we come from Gujarat and enter Maharashtra, we have to pay them. Whoever agrees with this, comment and tag Maharashtra Police.”

Hello @MahaPolice, please take immediate action against social media handles revealing the identity of the minor victim. This is not just unethical, it’s illegal and deeply inhuman. Also ensure strict punishment for the person who threw acid on an 11-year-old child and shattered her life forever. No leniency. No excuses. No one should be spared. CC: @Dev_Fadnavis

An example from the past illustrating how UGC rules, if implemented, can be weaponised to settle personal vendettas: Dr. Vaibhav Jain was a meritorious student at Indore Medical College in 2012. His MBBS classmate, Neha Verma, asked him to fill the medical entrance exam form again and sit behind her sister Pooja in the exam to tell her answers and help her pass. Vaibhav refused. Neha got angry and retaliated by creating a fake Facebook profile in his name and uploading obscene content, then implicated him under the SC/ST Act, alleging he used casteist slurs. Vaibhav spent 50 days in jail and even took his second-year exams in handcuffs. Despite completing MBBS, the case blocked his chances of a govt job. He fought a six-year legal battle before being acquitted. But imagine the trauma, embarrassment, struggle, and stigma he and his family endured for no fault of theirs. UGC rules add an internal, low-threshold complaint route where allegations can trigger immediate academic or administrative action without rigorous scrutiny. Along with the SC/ST Act, this can be used to escalate pressure and settle scores faster.

Bank Account Freezing is becoming a bigger issue day by day. "Today someone is suffering tomorrow it's Your turn" And honestly, a lot of this is happening because of poorly framed rules and processes by @FinMinIndia. If someone commits a crime, the system should identify and punish the actual criminal. Instead, what we are seeing now is that honest citizens are getting treated like criminals. This issue has already happened to a couple of my friends, and that’s why I felt the need to explain this in detail. Because the scary part is - if it’s not happening to you today, it could easily happen tomorrow. How this usually starts First, you might receive ₹1, ₹2, or maybe ₹100 through UPI from an unknown person. You might ignore it because it’s a small amount. But within a few days, your bank account suddenly gets frozen or put on hold. All your funds get blocked. In some cases, the account even shows a negative balance. And you are left wondering what exactly went wrong. Case 1: Fraud Money Circulation Suppose a person runs a fraud scheme through betting apps or online scams. Naturally, victims lose money and someone files a complaint on the National Cybercrime Portal. Before the fraudster gets caught, he quickly moves the money across multiple accounts. These are usually mule accounts - people who allow their accounts to be used in exchange for 10–20% commission in cash. The money keeps moving across dozens or even hundreds of accounts. Now imagine this situation: One of your friends unknowingly participates in betting transactions. You have no idea about it. That friend sends you money for some normal reason. Now the fraud money chain reaches your bank account. Under current processes, your account also gets flagged. Even though you have nothing to do with the fraud, suddenly you are treated like an accused. Case 2: Crypto P2P Transactions This happens frequently with crypto traders, especially on platforms like Binance P2P. Let’s say: You sell crypto in a P2P trade. The buyer transfers money to your bank account. But what if the buyer used fraud money from betting apps or scams? Or worse, what if the buyer intentionally files a complaint against you? Now again, the same chain reaction begins. Your account gets flagged and frozen, even though you simply completed a legitimate crypto trade. How the Chain Reaction Works The system often works like this: A victim files a complaint (maybe from Bihar or West Bengal). Authorities trace the first fraud account. Then the mule accounts. Then the next accounts in the chain. Eventually it reaches regular users like us. By the time the investigation spreads, dozens or even hundreds of innocent accounts get frozen. The Real Problem In the end, the situation looks like this: 1 real fraudster 1 victim But thousands of innocent people end up suffering. Accounts frozen. Money blocked. Endless visits to banks and police stations. All because the system targets transaction chains instead of identifying the real criminal efficiently. Honestly, what kind of system is this? Crime should be punished -no doubt about that. But turning innocent citizens into suspects just because money passed through their accounts is not justice. It’s a serious issue that needs urgent reform.

Muslim residents are forcing Hindus to migrate through constant harassment, threats, dirt dumping, and snatching in Srinagar colony, Delhi. Locals claim area changed from <2% to >20% Muslims in 1.5–3 years and threats like “we’ll buy all houses, you can’t stop us”. Hindus refuse to flee: “We won’t migrate, we’ll fight". @DelhiPolice

This is my home in Kashmir right on the banks of River Jhelum. The place I took my first steps, spoke my first words. Gone since the 1990 Genocide. A Muslim family lives there illegally. I have tried for 2.5 years, submitted all papers to the Govt but every time, local officials say 'No home at that address'. My mother still clutches the old key. Please help. Share and amplify my plea. Maybe, one day, justice will return our world to us. 🙏🏼🕉️🚩
