SC-ST Act Has Taken Another Life..! 19-year-old NEET aspirant Roshni died by suicide in her rented room in February 2026. A suicide note recovered from her phone stated she died because she couldn't clear NEET. Her family, however, framed landlord Vijay Rathore under the SC-ST Act and made his life hell through regular harassment, alleging foul play in Roshni's death. Exhausted and humiliated, Rathore also died by suicide. His wife Karuna alleges that constant threats and police harassment pushed him to death. While we appreciate that: - No fresh registration or extra fee will be charged - Previous data and centre preferences will be carried forward - A CBI inquiry has been ordered This entire episode raises a serious and uncomfortable question: Did the NTA fail in its primary duty to conduct a fair, secure, and leak-proof national examination? If the system could not prevent such a major breach, then accountability must be fixed at the highest level. Students should not be the ones repeatedly paying the price for institutional lapses. We therefore request you to: - Announce the fresh exam date at the earliest (ideally within 4–6 weeks) - Ensure the re-exam is conducted with foolproof technology and zero tolerance for leaks To all NEET aspirants: This is deeply unfair. Sir, Contempt Petition against @Udhaystalin is already filed and pending in the Supreme Court for hearing on 19.05.2026. The Supreme Court had on 04.03.2024 strongly reprimanded him for his hate speech against Sanatana Dharma, and also passed orders that no further FIRs will be registered against him for the 2023 hate speech. Even the Madras High Court had categorically held that his statement is clear hate speech against the Hindu community. Yet, with sheer audacity, he has repeated the exact same offending statement on 12.05.2026 inside the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly, fully knowing it would get protection under Article 194(2). This clearly shows that he has no regard for the Apex Court’s proceedings and observations and further demonstrates that he is full of hatred. We are bringing his conduct to the knowledge of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India by filing an application to bring all the relevant documents, including news articles about his hate speech in the Assembly on record.
