The Spectrum outage affecting the Los Angeles area was caused by a criminal act of vandalism. Repairs continue, we appreciate your patience.

@SawyerTKeyes @Ask_Spectrum I just looked into the whites of a Spectrum employee’s eyes (he was physically at my house) and he said they have no idea when it will be fixed and its highly possible that it won’t be operational today.

@Ask_Spectrum There's no way a single act of vandalism took out regional internet for all of Ventura and Los Angles counties. This is a serious outage spanning from Ventura, Ojai, Simi, The Valley, and apparently all the way down to Anaheim. @kcalnews @RobertNBCLA @NBCLA @ABC7 @KTLA
