@TNLUK why is it that both your mobile app AND your website are so utterly crap? Can't log in to the Android app at all. Can log in to the website but can't deposit funds. Updated my debit card (eventually), but website ignores it & still tries to use the old one, which expired.

Whilst they only take 1 or 2% now, once cash is gone, they can charge you what they like & there'd be naff all you could do about it.

@Tesco you robbing cunts. YOUR checkout staff put through an item TWICE. Noticed when I got to the door so went to "Customer Service" for a refund. Apparently, it's policy to deduct Clubcard points off the refund. So you overcharged me and then refunded me less than overcharged!!

@OctopusEnergy That simply isn't true. The day rate for export has gone down, but the rate for . import has gone up! Your logic fails and simply results in YOU making more money from MY investment in solar and battery. Success appears to be slowly changing Octopus. Disappointing. ☹️

Hey Martin, we're always reviewing rates for our import & export tariffs based on current wholesale prices. For Octopus Flux, the day rate has gone down but the peak rate has gone up. @OctopusEnergy just received our new pricing from April. Disappointed to see that whilst all IMPORT kWh prices are going up, only the Peak rate is going up for EXPORT, with the Day rate actually going DOWN! How so? What's your logic. 🤔💰💰🍿
