@sjpusey @girdley How do those sales pitches go? Do they last for hours? Or can you just sit for 10 minutes and say I’m not interested then walk out?

My husband and I took a trip to Hawaii which included sitting through a timeshare pitch. Six nights $100/ night in Honolulu. I told my husband I would gladly sit through a pitch for those rates. The sales guy was quickly replaced by the manager who was steamed at us. I don’t care.

When I was young, my parents took us to a timeshare sales pitch. “Will we buy one?” I asked. “No. You’re going to see how people will try to get you to do dumb things,” they answered. I’m thankful for the gift of having great parents every day.

Our neighbors invited us to their 4 year old sons bday last min yesterday so I ran to the store to grab a gift and I got him a stomp rocket because those are the best boy outdoor toys. I went outside to walk my dogs this morning and I saw the kids all outside playing with the stomp rocket 😂
