BREAKING: The Trudeau government has banned TikTok from operating in Canada. The federal government has ordered TikTok to halt its Canadian operations due to national security concerns, but users can still access the app. Innovation Minister François-Philippe Champagne said the decision to close TikTok’s Canadian offices in Toronto and Vancouver was based on national security review information and CSIS advice. CSIS has warned Canadians, especially teenagers, against using TikTok.
