@gethumancom if you want my feedback on your service perhaps u should make it possible. Your concept is good but after an hour on hold when you said I was about to be connected (after your robot allegedly waited 2 hrs) I hung up. Your website doesn’t link to a means of response.

@AmericanAir how can a multi-million dollar company find it acceptable to make customers wait 3-4 hours to speak to someone about a flight? And then when they FINALLY call back the system fails and hangs up? Corporate Greed IS UGLY! Shame on you!

@AmericanAir Yes. But when one upgrades to first class but are still charged for checked bags and refund is refused, that’s unacceptable. Especially when cust serv reps clearly said otherwise.
