@regalgorgon I mean I can only judge what’s there, and it’s kind of their fault they basically released a late alpha/early beta quality housing system. As things stand, I prefer FFXIV. They’re the ones who kind of invited the comparisons so that’s on them 🤷🏼♂️

Honestly, after trying both back to back, I just don’t find WoW’s housing as superior to FFXIV’s as people want me to feel it is. I get that their big selling point was trying to dunk on ffxiv for their limited housing issue.
But that’s kinda the ONLY thing they lap them on imo

@Khorgnir its existed for a lot less time than xiv's, but the decor also hasnt fully been discovered still since they went through and attached it to even side quests in very old content. people are still finding new decor pieces every week rn.

There’s such little variety and choice when it comes to decor, securing the decor in any quantity is usually a much bigger pain in the ass than can be justified, everything of a certain quality is paywalled. Overall, so far, WoW housing is kind of a brick off the backboard for me

@LeahRain77 Letting 28 year olds move in to 55+ housing is the end of elderly-centered housing , which is very much needed. I’ve seen it in our neighborhood. One hole in the dam and the floods break it. The 28 year old can sell the place and buy in another neighborhood.

This is happening in Jacksonville, Florida at a 55+ community. A 28-year-old girl was living there with her father who was ill when he passed. He gave the home to his daughter, and she wants to remain living in the community.. well the HOA has decided to enforce the 55 and over law, and is asking for $1000 from 155 members in the community to sue her to get her out of the neighborhood because she’s 28 years old, not 55+. In my opinion, this is despicable. These HOA‘s have way too much power. This sh!t has to stop.

Here it provides K'sante with about 500 pre-mitigation HP, which is barely enough to tank a single ability from any mage at this point of the game, even without magic pen involved.

@Zavallr there's a lot of tools available, but really it depends on how indepth and accurate you want your tracking to be. a lot of people use their choice of VR room tracker setups and that works pretty well.
