Disgraceful service from @British_Airways. My 80yo mother-in-law flew business from Glasgow to Heathrow on Friday & you lost her bag with her medication. She’s distraught. We were told it was at LHR yesterday, but still nothing. Total lack of care or urgency. Terrible.

Lanes 1 & 2 (of 4) remain closed on the #M25 clockwise between J5 & J6 after a HGV collided with the nearside barrier/fence. Recovery work is progressing. Current delays of 56 minutes with 4 miles congestion back to J4.

The #M25 in #Kent is blocked clockwise between J5 #Sevenoaks & J6 #Godstone following a traffic incident. Our Traffic officers and the Emergency services are on scene. Current delays of 30 minutes and 3 miles of congestion on approach.
