@SpiritAirlines My bag fell off your belt & damaged & my claim was rejected 2x! I immediately reported this to agent & the next day online. Claim rejected because it was outside the 4HR window😠

@SpiritAirlines Returning to the airport (2 hours away) to re-inspect my luggage is not a feasible solution. I was turned away by the agent when I immediately reported the damage upon arrival. Your staff marked your damage with a pink marker. Help!
