@JustinOrenduff @uspbl Love what you're doing! It's going to take some time but I predict the results will prove the theory. My son just started his first game in 9U. Pitched a complete game to get his team a win in the semi-finals. I'm very interested in learning as much as possible about DVS.

At the @uspbl, we want to hear from pitchers who can pitch — players with a résumé of game success, no matter the level of college baseball. Too many pitchers market bullpen metrics or pitch data when seeking a pro opportunity. What matters most is proving you can get hitters out in games. One of the best pitchers I’ve seen in the USPBL was Evan Piechota, signed out of Madonna University (NAIA). At Madonna he finished: • 2nd all-time in wins • 3rd in complete games • 2nd in ERA • 2nd in opponent batting average He arrived in the USPBL throwing 86–88 mph, but he knew how to pitch. While pitching for the Utica Unicorns, we helped him build a larger energy system while maintaining his quick-paced delivery. Within three weeks, his velocity improved to 88–91 mph. The results followed. 33.2 IP 37 K 1 BB 1.62 ERA The Pittsburgh Pirates signed him. He went on to throw 188 innings in their system with a 3.69 ERA, a 1.5 BB/9, and nearly a 5:1 strikeout-to-walk ratio. The pathway to professional baseball does not only run through the biggest programs. If you’ve been overlooked but have a track record of performing in games, the USPBL can be a pathway to affiliated baseball. If you can pitch, we want to hear from you.

Netherlands' whole 9th inning was insane. Dutch down to their final strike with nobody on, 2 outs. Devastated for my Nica guys and pumped for my Kingdom guys.

@TJHannam10 Love it! My son is very competitive so we use cage time to compete. We play a 9 inning game. I pitch competitively. 3 outs and he takes grounders. Miss played balls or bad throws equals a run for me. Sometimes we play for desert, but just winning is enough for him. He loves it.

“Remember all that energy for Jimmy Kimmel? I’m gonna need all that same ‘protect the free press’ energy for Mario Guevara, detained for 100 days bc he live-steamed police at a protest” — Journalist Georgia Fort in Sept. Today @ByGeorgiaFort was arrested for her journalism. As for Mario Guevara, after 20 yrs as an Emmy-winning journalist in ATL, he was deported to El Salvador despite his bogus charges being dropped. He was punished for filming police. The war on journalism continues IG: instagram.com/reel/DPHue6Vjo…

.@solari_the ABSOLUTELY KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK! 💯🎯🔥 LISTEN CLOSELY TO EVERY WORD… "In my opinion, Trump was put into the White House to persuade conservatives to go along with a control grid. And what you need to understand is, if you look at all the factions operating in Washington, there is nobody on our side. They are all trying to implement the control grid.”

BREAKING: In a shocking moment, Trump appears to place limits on the 2nd Amendment: "You can't have guns. You can't walk in with guns. You just can't. You can't walk in with guns." And MAGA thought Obama would take their guns!

Alex was one of us. Bike packer, nurse working w/veterans. What Alex was not is a domestic terrorist. He was a believer in the 1st and 2nd amendments. He filmed what he was seeing and helped others who were being harmed. He paid the ultimate price. Believe your own eyes, not other lies. And remember he was and is one with us. bikepacking.com/news/alex-pret…

BREAKING: A letter from Alex Pretti’s Final Nursing Student: “I was Alex Pretti’s final nursing student. He was my friend and my nursing mentor. For the past four months, I stood shoulder to shoulder with him during my capstone preceptorship at the Minneapolis VA Hospital. There he trained me to care for the sickest of the sick as an ICU nurse. He taught me how to care for arterial and central lines, the intricacies of managing multiple IVs filled with lifesaving solutions, and how to watch over every heartbeat, every breath, and every flicker of life, ready to act the moment they wavered. Techniques intended to heal. Alex carried patience, compassion and calm as a steady light within him. Even at the very end, that light was there. I recognized his familiar stillness and signature calm composure shining through during those unbearable final moments captured on camera. It does not surprise me that his final words were, “Are you okay?” Caring for people was at the core of who he was. He was incapable of causing harm. He lived a life of healing, and he lived it well. Alex believed strongly in the Second Amendment and in the rights rooted in our Constitution and its amendments. He spoke out for justice and peace whenever he could, not only out of obligation, but out of a belief that we are more connected than divided, and that communication would bring us together. I want his family to know his legacy lives on. I am a better nurse because of the wisdom and skills he instilled in me. I carry his light with me into every room, letting it guide and steady my hands as I heal and care for those in need. Please honor my friend by standing up for peace, preferably with a cup of black coffee in hand and a couple of pieces of candy in your pocket, just as he would. He would remind you that caring for others is hard work, and we must do whatever it takes to get through the long shifts. Step outside with your dog, breathe in the world, hike or bike as he loved to do, and let yourself find peace in the quiet moments within nature. Stand up for justice and speak with those whose views differ from your own. Hold your beliefs with strength, but always extend love outward, even in the face of adversity. Take one step, no matter how small, to help heal our world. Through these acts, carry his light forward in his name. Let his legacy continue to heal.”

Wolfers: This is the most interventionist government of my lifetime. It’s the least conservative government of my lifetime. When you are the richest country in the world, maybe you are not the ones who should be tearing down your existing institutions. That’s usually what countries that are lagging behind try to do. But that’s exactly what this president is doing. This won’t show up in next quarter’s GDP. What it will show up as, a decade from now, is companies that were never founded. Entrepreneurs who couldn’t afford to go to business school. Immigrants with great ideas who stayed in their home countries instead. Whatever the next generation’s Google or OpenAI is, it may not be invented—or it may not happen on our soil. We’ll never see that absence directly. But our kids will feel it. They’ll feel it as lost opportunities: businesses never started, jobs that never existed, technologies never developed, and ways of creating a greener, safer, more prosperous future that simply aren’t possible.

This is Alex Pretti, the man the Trump admin and Trump supporters call a "domestic terrorist." Here Pretti is reading the final honors, honoring a soldier who has passed away at the hospital he was a nurse at. Stop believing Trump's propaganda. He is lying to you! WAKE UP!
