@KoreanAir_KE charged me $1,700 to rebook the flight for the next day and then I had to pay $350 for an unnecessary "emergency visa letter" so Korean Air would let me fly. Such a waste and almost ruined the family vacation. Worst airline? Likely! #FAIL

Terrible experience w/ @KoreanAir_KE who refused to let me fly w/ Vietnam tourist visa w/o my middle name. $2,000 & 1 day late I had missed a wedding reception and arrived in Saigon to find I could get an arrival visa for $20. Hope Korean Air will make this right #Airline #FAIL
