Mystery chemicals in 7-OH pills? Who would’ve guessed. And I thought if someone died with kratom in their system it couldn’t have been from a 7-OH pill because mitragynine isn’t in 7-OH pills? Just more lies the 7-OH industry uses to mislead advocates into joining their failing cause.

Natural kratom leaf existed in the U.S. for years under supplement industry standards with far less attention from regulators. Then suddenly the market got flooded with chemically amplified alkaloid products pushed with gas station “legal high” marketing, cartoon packaging, mega dosing, and zero long term safety data. Politicians, poison centers, and the media reacting to the entire category all at once should surprise absolutely nobody. The worst part is watching the same companies that helped create this mess suddenly rebrand themselves as defenders of “the whole plant” the second lawmakers start targeting synthetic alkaloid products separately. Consumers deserve access to responsibly manufactured natural kratom products from legitimate companies following testing, traceability, GMPs, and basic safety standards. What they did NOT ask for was an arms race of hyper concentrated psychoactive products marketed like candy next to nicotine vapes and energy shots.
