@AmazonHelp On 16th when issue was raised I was told to wait for 8 days. Waited till 28th. On contacting on 28th told to wait 24 hrs. Waited. Now today again you people are saying to wait for 3-5 days. Its unacceptable.

@AmazonHelp @amazonIN I was AGAIN sent to a generic link/agent who only checked ticket status and said “wait 3–5 days”. That’s not the issue. The invoice has a WRONG serial, so the device can’t be serviced. I need an invoice/addendum with the CORRECT serial, not another wait.

Invoice shows B0CHY1H976, device is C9X***W. This is Amazon/Appario’s error and it is blocking servicing that requires proof of ownership
