Absolutely horrible experience with the services of @porterit_. Booked a package from Rk Puram to Panchwati, Delhi. The delivery partner ended the trip midway and fled with the goods. The org is not able to contact their own delivery partners. What a joke. (1/n)

But, now when the new ticket is raised, it simply rejects my original invoice saying that the product and invoice dont match. Of course they dont match @RockWithboAt becoz you never sent the same product. You dont have any respect for your customers and treat them (5/n)

This is how pathethically @RockWithboAt treats their customers. A few months ago I ordered a Boat type c cable from blinkit as shown in the imgs attached. It was a red 1.5 meter flat cable with 1yr warranty which i ordered but unfortunately after some time it stopped working(1/n)

The worst customer service experience ever. And the award goes to @makemytrip No matter how many times you try to raise a request. Your request will be closed automatically and without resolution. And still they have the audacity to happily say that the issue is resolved.
