⚖️ Justice Must Not Inflict the Innocent.
When corruption is condemned, fairness must still prevail.
Thousands who served with dignity cannot be stripped of livelihood without individual justice.
We urge a Constitutional review under Article 143(1) to protect equality, natural justice, and the rule of law under the Constitution of India.
Let the Supreme Court of India clarify the questions that affect thousands of families and the future of public recruitment.

Shameful surrender by @ncert. The mention of judicial corruption in its textbook was factual, given that 11 Chief Justices and 2 Law and National Commission reports have themselves highlighted rampant judicial corruption.
It is the Supreme court that should have apologised.

From my student days, I grew up under the guidance of principled teachers. Many of them are now in my friend list as blessings.
In my short teaching career, I have been fortunate to teach many students — today they are ornaments in my friend list.
I have colleagues who are like guardians, friends who are now well-established in their professions and act as philosophers in my circle.
Relatives, acquaintances, even strangers — all are my pride.

I do not know how far I will succeed.
Even attempting drafting, filing, and arguing up to the Supreme Court alone has not been enough to move this mountain. The forces against us are larger than me.
But if your voice vibrates with mine —
If our collective resonance becomes a wave —
It will not be easy to ignore.
We may not extinguish the fire entirely.
But we can stop the wildfire.
I sincerely request you —

If this injustice becomes law through the highest court of the country, then:
– Any innocent government employee may lose their job in the future due to corruption uncovered later.
– The sacred teacher-student relationship, once built on trust and respect — not degrees alone — will be poisoned by suspicion.
– Healthy senior-junior relationships in staff rooms will give way to silent hostility.
– Public trust in government education will erode, pushing families toward costly private systems.
– Talented, highly educated youth will avoid government schools due to insecurity.
The heat of this curse has already begun. Only the wildfire remains.

You may think I am fighting only for the qualified job-losers. It may appear so.
But this fight is also against:
• An attempt to erase a decade-long history of deprivation.
• An attempt to institutionalize that deprivation for the future.

You all know that beyond teaching, I am engaged in something deeper.
I have read every word of this judgment and every order connected to it. Line by line.
I have realized the unbearable injustice faced by the qualified teachers and staff of 2016.
I have felt the continuing injustice towards the deserving yet deprived candidates still waiting.
And I foresee the irreparable loss that awaits new aspirants.
