@channel5_tv Is there a way of changing subtitles display? The current style is transparent and often disappear into the background of the programmer and I am struggling to follow the episodes. They need a black background to allow us to access them properly. #Accessibility

@FoxesAfloat @AmazonHelp @Amazonhellp_ I had the same thing with royal mail, the scam account replies to all the posts on the genuine account!

BE AWARE! If you post to @AmazonHelp, you might get a reply from scam account @Amazonhellp_. Looks like the same account, but will try and scam you. I sussed them and they blocked me. (Pic below). I reported to Amazon, but said they wouldn’t do anything, it’s up to me. 🙄

@RoyalMail can you please respond to this as I need an answer (and not from the various scammers).

@RoyalMail Can you please advise process for changing old unbarcoded stamps into new please? Website says to fill in form or get form from the post office. They say nothing to do with them. I am unable to print form and filled in request for one to be sent but hasnt arrived.

@AskVirginMoney Received a text this morning telling me that you have sent me an email regarding the impact of virgin money and nationwide. No email received, was this text genuine? No links in the text so nothing to click which makes me think it's genuine? But no email?

@currys What do I do if a same day order was made at 10am but no email ever received telling me the order is ready for collection by the evening? Should I go to the store regardless?

@icejonas @PayPal @AskPayPal I havent been able to make paypal payments tonight with 3 transactions. Would get to the send text to mobile which never arrived. Ended up paying directly with credit card (and their texts with codes arrived no problem) instead. Clearly something wrong with Paypal system.

@AlzResearchUK Although it took 4 years to get diagnosed, that was not the worse to come. The worse is being abandoned by memory services once Dad had been prescribed some medication. No follow ups, no monitoring and no support. We are part of a support group with others who all say the same

No one should be left waiting while their world falls apart. Sign the petition to demand action.

@AsdaServiceTeam Quick question regarding blue badge spaces. If when I arrive at a store and all spaces taken up, can I park in parent and child space please? A few times I have had to come away from a big store because there were no disabled spaces vacant 😕
