@SW_Help trying to get to Southampton from Walton on Thames. The apps say we should change at Basingstoke instead of Woking due to the signalling problems, but there’s no staff on platform 2 to ask and the video assistant point isn’t being answered.

@SW_Help your website says Sunbury station is open Monday- Fri until 13:30 but at 13:05 it was closed. Please update it, your trains are never early but it would appear hometime is?!

@TfL I’ve been trying to catch a 216 bus from Sunbury and none have appeared. I just saw one going on a different route. Why has the route changed and why doesn’t the app or bus stop say anything about the changes?

@davechannel just watched the first episode of Battle In The Box on Sky but can’t view episode 2? Episode 1 is available twice, or episodes 3 onwards - we want episode 2?!

@SW_Help ticket machine has a fault and one of the platform displays isn’t working at Kempton Park 😢

@CrossCountryUK Out of interest, why isn’t there any catering? It makes a joke of buying a first class ticket?

@SheppertonWarr1 Unfortunately, it's not possible to advise of any catering reductions on station platform screens. We hope that this can be introduced in the future - sorry for any inconvenience caused. ^RF

@CrossCountryUK on the 18:48 Basingstoke to Manchester service. It’s just been announced that there’s no catering on board - why didn’t the info screens say this prior to boarding? I could’ve bought something on the station?

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve now been without broadband for over 2 weeks. There are 4 houses in our street connected via Openreach, one is a BT customer, one TalkTalk and 2 x Sky. We all lost broadband at the same time, BT and TalkTalk restored service last week so why is Sky still off?!

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been without broadband for a week now - MySky says you’re aware of an outage in my location and that it’s usually fixed in a couple of days, but it’s been 7 days! What can we do to expedite a fix?

@CrossCountryUK We departed Reading not knowing it was only going to Didcot Parkway until we arrived at Didcot Parkway. Then when a replacement bus load of people arrived at Oxford, there was chaos at the platform with no staff to tell anyone which end of which train to get on 😡

@CrossCountryUK here’s an idea - why don’t you announce the rail replacement bus before the train departs?!

@SpelthorneBC just had a sticker stuck on my bin and a note through my door saying “use a food caddy” - next to my freshly emptied food caddy?! Yet neighbours who don’t recycle food waste haven’t got a sticker. What’s going on?!

@SW_Help @Evadiva2000 @LondonWaterloo Sorry but no. We bought our RETURN tickets to London this evening with no mention of “oh it might cost you £80 in a taxi home”. No trains available so that’s what happened. Ridiculous

@SW_Help no trains from Kempton Park today, but allegedly there is a replacement bus? Any danger of any signs or staff to tell people where to find the bus? Please tell us where it stops?
