@airindia damages your baggage, items get lost… then asks for purchase invoices to process compensation
Because obviously, we all keep receipts because airindia damaging it is a norm
And ofcourse customer care are 'trained' to ask for invoices🤡

I have a booking on 13 April 2026 on flight GF134.
Given the current situation, I don’t think I will be able to travel to Bahrain.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist with cancelling the ticket with minimal or waived cancellation charges.

Not sure how my number and PNR will help you in that other than the fact that me and my family will be harrassed by rly authorities and contracting company.
