Hi @amazonIN , what's up with this scam like customer service? If I have any issues with the product it takes me to a chatbot, which doesn't have the proper response, and when I finally get the option of call agent, it just redirects me to the orders list? @AmazonHelp

However, if you completed web check-in, a copy of the boarding pass should have been sent to your email. Alternatively, you can opt for a travel certificate.
