🔴 Turkish Airlines will operate a separate A350-1000 subfleet on non-stop flights to Australia. The aircraft will feature a different on-board configuration than TK's standard A350-1000s, but should not be confused with the A350-1000ULR.

Day 3 at FIA2026 started with Christopher Jones, Head of the Americas at ATR. We discussed ATR's roadmap, including a forward passenger door with boarding bridge capability, growing passenger demand driven by demographics in Canada and strong momentum across Latin America. ✈️

Day 2 at FIA2026 - @VerticalAero showcases the Valo, an 8-propeller eVTOL designed to carry 4–6 passengers for last-mile connectivity. The company flew the prototype for the first time at the Farnborough Airshow. Thanks to David for detailed explanation on what's next for Valo!

🔴 #BREAKING | The Board of IndiGo today appointed Mr. William Walsh as the Chief Executive Officer, subject to Regulatory approvals. Mr. Walsh’s tenure at IATA comes to a close on the 31st of July, 2026, and he is expected to join no later than on the 3rd of August, 2026.

🔴 KLM has not ruled out a LOPA diversification for its A350-900 fleet. Seat capacity on the first unit will be 331 in total: 34 business class, 26 Premium comfort, 33 Economy comfort and 238 Economy. KLM expects three units to join its fleet in 2026. Via @airwaysmagazine

... and risk assessment from Norse Atlantic! ACARS message has been circulating around the social media showing possibly a confusion over a permit to fly over Eritrean airspace. The airline faced a similar issue the previous day as can been seen on the message from LN-FNE.

Indigo flights 6E2 and 6E33 diverted back to Cairo and New Delhi respectively, due to last minute airspace restrictions, as the airline said. Indigo flying a wet leased Norse Atlantic aircraft to Europe unfortunately cannot overfly gulf region due to restrictions from EASA ...
