Neither the account summary or orders history page load so I currently have no way of checking on my active order. I'm also unlikely to place any further orders until this bug is fixed.

I'm encountering an issue that's most likely specific to my account and it would be beneficial for me to send them some information taken from the developer tools in my web browser.
@EE I'd already looked there before posting, it's the one I was referencing saying it hadn't helped.
Which option would be appropriate?
"Technical support" asks me to choose a product, which doesn't apply.
Complaints provides a webform, but I'm not sure that's appropriate?

I used to be a customer and have an account, but it seems to have been removed. The "Forgotten password/username page" didn't help too
@EE Oh, I should have mentioned. I need to change the account details as I no longer use the email address it's associated with, so re-creating the account with the same email address isn't really an option.
@SiM099 Try registering with the email address you previously used. If this fails you may need assistance resetting your old login and to do that you can give us a call on 07953 966 150 from any phone.

@UPS_UK tracking my package, it says "delivery address changed" and "this package is being held for a future delivery date / the address was corrected"... How do I see where it's going now?
@thetrainline I had already tried the website via different browsers, cognito mode and on a different device with no luck.
It's working for me now too. Maybe a developer noticed a settings update hadn't propagated to prod and fixed it around the time I posted 😆
@SiM099 Hi Ian, I've just checked both and there were no issues, I'd recommend deleting the app, restarting your device and reinstalling the app. For the website clear your cookies and cache in the browser, if the issue persists let us know and we can investigate further. Thanks, Craig
@UPS_UK Unable to change delivery options due to the attached message. I tried selecting different locations, using cognito mode, via my phone... all failed.
Any ideas when this is likely to be fixed?
