मिलिए Pushpendra Srivastava से उम्र 48 साल, लेकिन हौसला आज भी 20 साल जैसा 💪🔥 27 साल से मुखर्जी नगर में UPSC की तैयारी कर रहे हैं। अब तक ये 73 Prelims, 43 Mains, 4 बार इंटरव्यू,39 बार राज्य PCS Mains किस्मत हर बार पीछे धकेल देती है लेकिन ये इंसान आज भी डटा हुआ है! पुष्पेंद्र कहते हैं “जब तक अधिकारी नहीं बन जाता, तब तक मेहनत करता रहूंगा।”

यह CRPF की बख्तरबंद गाड़ियां हैं। इस तरह के सुरक्षा संबधी आवागमन को सही समय पर कहीं साझा नहीं करना चाहिए। इसलिए जब वह गंतव्य पर पहुँच चुके हैं, तब साझा कर रहा हूँ। यह समाजवादी सरकार में बने आगरा-लखनऊ एक्सप्रेसवे का वीडियो है। कल्पना कीजिए, कि सिर्फ इन बख्तरबंद वाहनों में गर्मी में मोटी-मोटी वर्दियों, हथियार, गोलियाँ और बुलेटप्रूफ जैकेट के साथ कैसे चलते होंगे यह जवान। पानी धार की तरह गिरता है। यही होता है नक्सली इलाक़ों में। उस पर खतरा यह कि वाहन बुलेटप्रूफ सही पर कहीं से और कभी भी गोलियाँ आ सकती हैं। ऐसे में बाहर निकल मुकाबला करना होता है। सिनेमा नहीं है कि शीशे पर गोलियाँ चलें और आप अंदर बैठ काले चश्मे में हँस रहे हों। उस पर कभी भी वाहन के नीचे से ज़मीनी विस्फोट! इतने वजन के बाद भी ज़िंदा सैनिकों को लेकर हवा में उड़ता है वाहन और मुर्दा लेकर नीचे आता है! इन्हीं के पक्ष में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पिछले महीने ही फैसला दिया, तो भाजपा सरकार खिलाफ फैसले के लिए कानून ले आई। लोकसभा और राज्यसभा में बहुमत के बुलडोज़र के नीचे इनके हक़-अधिकार को उड़ा दिया! और फिर जोर से बोला, भारत माता की जय...! न दाग के निशान, न कोई अब धूल! यह जंगल में नक्सल से लड़ रहे हैं अब सरकारी कानून के खिलाफ अदालत में लड़ेंगे... अंधा कानून नहीं होता है। हम ही कहीं खो जाते हैं, सरकारें चुनते वक़्त...!!

The introduction of the CAPF General Administration Bill, 2026 on 25th March in the Rajya Sabha has raised serious concerns regarding both the substance of the legislation and the credibility of the legislative process. The government projected the Bill as a step towards establishing a “fair and just system” in the Central Armed Police Forces. However, the debates across both Houses of the Parliament of India clearly revealed a troubling absence of credible justification, empirical backing, and meaningful stakeholder consultation. In a constitutional democracy, law-making is not merely an assertion of majority power. It is a solemn exercise of constitutional responsibility that must adhere to the principles of fairness, transparency, and reasoned decision-making, which are intrinsic to the Constitution of India. The landmark judgment in Maneka Gandhi v. Union of India established that every State action must be “just, fair and reasonable.” Any law that fails to meet this standard risks being perceived as arbitrary and constitutionally questionable. The concerns raised during parliamentary debates were neither political rhetoric nor emotional exaggeration; they were grounded in facts, experience, and institutional realities. Members, particularly from the opposition, highlighted serious issues, including: The adverse impact on morale, dignity, and career progression of cadre officers and personnel, The lack of clarity and coherence in the provisions of the Bill, and The questionable timing and underlying intent of its introduction. Despite these substantive concerns, the government failed to present any convincing rationale or compelling necessity for bringing such a far-reaching legislation at this stage. This is especially significant when issues relating to CAPF personnel have already been under judicial and administrative consideration for years. Equally concerning was the manner in which the proceedings were conducted. A healthy parliamentary democracy thrives on free, fair, and meaningful debate, where all viewpoints—especially those raising critical concerns—are given due space and consideration. Any perception that such deliberation was curtailed or restricted weakens the very foundation of democratic functioning. The Kesavananda Bharati v. State of Kerala established that democracy and the rule of law form part of the basic structure of the Constitution, which cannot be compromised. Similarly, Kihoto Hollohan v. These principles are not abstract ideals—they are essential safeguards that ensure governance remains accountable and just. The quality of debate from certain sections of the treasury benches further raised concerns. In many instances, arguments appeared detached from ground realities, particularly with regard to cadre officers’ service conditions, career progression, and the continued justification of deputation policies without adequate domain experience. Parliamentary debate is meant to ensure rigorous scrutiny and informed decision-making, not mere formal endorsement. At the same time, the role played by the opposition deserves acknowledgment. By presenting structured arguments and bringing forward the concerns of affected personnel, they have upheld the essential democratic principle of checks and balances, which acts as a safeguard against arbitrary decision-making. Parliament is often described as the “temple of democracy,” but its true strength lies in process, participation, and accountability. He has withdrawn 60% of the nps corpus. The pension is only of the balance 40% corpus. Please correct me if iam reading it wrong? Though fully support CAPF

I meant after retirement not before yar. Or do you have some duties after retirement also? He will get ex-servicemen quota also and can prepare for any exam and its easy ride with that quota. Unless he has some physical injuries its not a very bad deal, guy will probably be from a village and have some land/house already . A fixed income of 12k and then 20-30k on top of that, kids can study in Kendriya Vidyalas almost free of cost.
