My thoughts are with the families and children who have been admitted to hospital as a result of this fire and others who have also been affected . I thank the Drogheda fire services and Gardai for their very effective support and service to those affected .

@OCallaghanJim They wer housed quickly. Pity u cant do the same 4 our own. It went from an electrical fault to being an arson attack. Its a terrifying ordeal for our own women & children afraid to walk the streets in their own towns due 2 these illegal immigrants. Youve no care 4 them.

I want to thank An Garda Síochána for their bravery, courage and professionalism in dealing with a very serious situation last evening. Our criminal justice system needs to hold the people responsible to account.

@MichealMartinTD Regardless of the activity, listen to your own people u r supposed to represent. Im sure some of those guards have children and wudnt b standing against us if it happened to their own child. Condem yourself for letting yur country down. The gov are to blame for all of this.

I strongly condemn the violent disorder that unfolded in Citywest in Dublin this evening.   I pay tribute to the frontline gardai who acted courageously and quickly to restore order.

@HSELive Y have apps in citywest if its the same queue 4 walk in? Kids arent allowed so booked an app & arranged childcare 2 b told 2 join a queue 4 walk ins!!!! App was booked 4 a reason! Had 2 leave the queue 2 go home 2 kids with no booster despite having a app time. So unorganised
