@GWRHelp shocking 7.30am service from Bristol TM to Padd. 5 carriage train instead of 10. All seat reservations cancelled, some people couldn't even board at Chippenham. Ridiculous
@BBCSounds Any reason why all of the Glasto sets available on @BBCiPlayer aren't available as audio only on @BBCSounds ? I know some sets are on there but not nearly as many as are on @BBCiPlayer. 5 hour drive ahead of me, would be good if they were!
@ChribHibble The fire service is part funded by a council tax levy. Maybe the levy is household specific in Pontypandy and Dylis pays most of it? Lot of baked beans she has to sell mind you
@HSBC_UK I got through this morning after another hour on hold. My assumption was you would have asked me to DM you my details and got someone to call me back so I didn't have to wait on hold again but apparently not...
@SirBobbyMoore We aren't trained in dealing with mortgage enquiries, hence the only way to get through would be the chat (subject to type of query) and the telephone lines. Yes, phones have been busier lately, but there's less waiting if you call the team from 8AM onwards. ^Mill
@HSBC_UK I gave up after 4 hours on hold. I tried the live chat initially but they told me they couldn't help and I had to call. Anything you can do to help beyond telling me to try again tomorrow?
