@thetrainline @LNER @GCRail I inadvertently got on the wrong train and conductor said I had to buy a new ticket and assured that my ticket through Trainline would be fully refunded. Now on the phone to cust service and they are telling me the conductor lied. Only offering partial

@thetrainline Correct. We didn’t use that operator at all.

@thetrainline We had a super off peak return and didn’t know that there were two different carriers going to the same place. We got on the first available super off peak.

@GCRail told me to call @RailOmbudsman who have told me I need a letter. Who is going to actually going to deal with this???
