A man named James Gina III has been arrested for killing his girlfriend yesterday near Desert Inn & Eastern.

@cmartful @NancyGrace AWA, In the beginning AM and his defence team adamantly insisted that Maggie and Paul were alive when he left to go to see his mom. How would he KNOW that they were alive if he didn't go by the kennel on the way out, or get any answers to his calls/texts from them? Oops!

Amazing point by @NancyGrace that I’d never seen anyone else mention before. Why would Alex have felt the need to lie about being at the kennels if he had no idea exactly when Maggie and Paul were killed? So telling. #MurdaughTrial
