@TUIUK Extremely disappointed with TUI’s lack of communication after our flight from Exeter to Dalaman on Sunday was Delayed/Cancelled/Delayed. Not a very good start to our family holiday. Eventually arrived in the resort 29 hours since leaving home. #poorcustomerservice

@TUIUKcares Hi Luke, booking ref is: 8360084. Our return flight on 13/06/19 from Larnaca was delayed 18 hours. I submitted a claim on the 15/06/19. There nothing to investigate, TUI are fully aware the aircraft was broken and we had to wait for a part to be flown out from the UK.

@easyJet At airport hotel when flight cancelled. Couldn't get another one for 12 hours. That was delayed and took us 2.5 hour taxi from destination. Arrived at 3.15am with children. Instead of midday. No taxi claim yet compensation for just one of four passengers. CS won't help.
