@British_Airways pure incompetence: 2 hour checkin as you can’t issue tickets correctly only resolved by myself calling while in queue. Arrive to be told we have no stand to get off. This will be my last booking with yourselves after years of issues every single time we fly.

@AskHalifaxBank Yes and it is in hand with them- and you’re team have been very good. I am just hoping there is a way around this to continue with yourselves. But perhaps consider your surveyors as I am most definitely not the first to have this issue!

@AskHalifaxBank @esurv refuse to value a property (the very nature of their job description-I am an RICS surveyor myself!)&consequently slowing down& potentially stopping our application. Considering using alternative mortgage lender in order to avoid dealing with this completely useless company
