Hi @wise - do you actually train your customer service people? My mother is having awful issues trying to get your customer service rep to help her approve a transaction. The agent doesn’t appear to have a clue what she’s doing!!!

Hi @UPS do you have a special training programme for your staff that teaches them how to be as rude as possible. I’ve spoken to three different people - one in ‘Uk’ (India), one in ‘Denmark’ (India) and a Danish member via email - all INCREDIBLY rude and not helpful AT ALL.

Mum decided it was so cold she would try again to force me into a coat. Actually (don’t tell her) but I quite like it - it fits nicely & isn’t too hot, and flattens my fur so I look quite svelte in it. Nice colour too - was worried it might be too pink, I’m not a Barbie girl.
