It is with enormous sadness that I have to let you know that Victor @PodencoVictor was put to sleep this morning. The last few days he had got lamer and lamer until he could only walk on 3 legs and was in a lot of pain. The vets were baffled and he was booked in for ... ( 1/4)

Hi @aena - yet again the lounge at VLC is covered in dirty plates and glasses. This lounge is ALWAYS dirty with no staff clearing up or replacing food.

@British_Airways I am Literally Screaming with frustration. Yesterday your online system failed 4 times to let me cancel and upgrade two flights and now it won’t let me check in for my flight tomorrow. What the hell is going on?!
